Challenge
Kleanwerex needed a streamlined mobile solution to manage cleaning jobs, improve communication, and reduce operational overhead. The goal was to reduce phone calls and improve user transparency on job status.
Our Approach
We kicked off the project with a stakeholder interview to align on goals, user needs, and business requirements. Our research phase included competitor analysis and persona development, followed by mapping out the most critical user flows.

With clear insights, we moved into ideation and wireframing. Simultaneously, our design team crafted the visual identity and logo. Usability testing helped us refine the experience, and we followed up with a UI kit and high-fidelity prototypes for final validation.
