All-In-One pharmacy Agency
Streamlining pharmacy recruitment and sales
Project Overview
AIOPA is a dual-sided platform consisting of:
- A website for pharmacists (job seekers, buyers, and sellers).
- A dashboard for pharmacies (hiring, selling, and content management).
Our team handled end-to-end development, from discovery to handoff, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Website Design
Process & Methodology
Stakeholder Interviews

Stakeholder Interviews
We conducted initial discussions to define:
- Business needs & models
- Key challenges & opportunities
- Technical & operational requirements
Research & Discovery

Research & Discovery
- Competitor Analysis: Evaluated competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
- User Personas: Identified four key user types:
- Pharmacists seeking jobs
- Pharmacies looking to hire
- Pharmacies looking to sell
- Pharmacists looking to buy
- User Journey Mapping: Mapped pain points and optimized flows.
Information Architecture (IA) & User Flows

Information Architecture (IA) & User Flows
- Designed separate IA structures for the website and dashboard.
- Refined user flows through stakeholder and developer collaboration.
Prototyping & Testing

Research & Discovery
- Low-Fidelity Prototype: Initial ideation and stakeholder validation.
- High-Fidelity Prototype: Tested with users, iterated based on feedback, and finalized UI components (forms, dropdowns, etc.).
Handoff & Collaboration
Handoff & Collaboration
- Delivered Figma files (Hi-Fi prototypes, components, design tokens).
- Conducted developer meetings to clarify interactions and adjust designs for feasibility.
Backend Development
Robust backend systems were developed to support secure data management and operational scalability:
Language & Framework: The backend services were developed using Java with the Spring Boot framework. The project structure was generated using JHipster for efficiency and standardization.
Database: MongoDB was used to store and manage application data. Spring Data MongoDB facilitated efficient data access and manipulation.
Amazon Web Services: Amazon S3 was integrated to handle file and image storage securely.
Notification Service: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) was used to send real-time push notifications to users.
Email Service: SendGrid was implemented to manage and send transactional and notification emails.
Frontend Development
Frontend Development
We implemented responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies:
AIOPA Website: Developed with Next.js v15.3, delivering fast performance and optimized SEO.
AIOPA Dashboard: Built using React and Vite, ensuring rapid load times and smooth user interactions.
Outcome
A fully functional platform that:
Streamlines pharmacist recruitment and pharmacy transactions.
Provides an intuitive dashboard for content management.
Aligns with business objectives while meeting user expectations.
Technologies Used: [List if applicable – e.g., React, Node.js, Figma, etc.]
